Claire offers online classes through her Pilatify App. These live-streamed sessions are 45 minutes long and cater to mixed abilities, with options for all. Classes are available on Mondays at 18:00 and Thursdays at 08:00, and are recorded in case you miss the live slot. There is also a library of pre-recorded classes of various lengths and levels.
