What We Offer & How It Works

Classes

Claire Seager Pilates offers a diverse range of classes designed to accommodate various fitness levels, goals, and preferences. Explore our class options below to find what’s right for you.

Pricing

Our pricing is based on block bookings. This helps you stay consistent with your practice, which is key to seeing real progress and feeling the benefits of Pilates. It also guarantees your spot in class each week and offers better value than paying per class. A win for your body and your budget.


Please book in and pay for classes using  my online booking system TeamUp.

  • Classes in halls are £12 for 60 minutes and £10 for 45 minutes.  
  • Saturday classes are £12 if you book the block or £13 for singles.
  • Yoga classes are £15 in person and £12 on Zoom. 
  • Seated Pilates is £10 block-booking or £11 drop-in.

class types

FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES

We offer face-to-face classes at a range of local venues – including Pirbright Village Hall, West End Sports Pavilion, Pirbright Cricket Pavilion, Bisley Village Hall, and Brookwood Memorial Hall – so you can find a location that’s convenient and easy to get to. Just choose the one that suits you best!

Mixed Ability Pilates

Suitable for all levels, these classes cater to individuals with different experience levels and abilities. They focus on improving core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Options are available both in-person and online.

Gentle Pilates

Gentle Pilates emphasises controlled movements to enhance mobility and strength, making it ideal for those  or those recovering from injury or operation or who just prefer a slower pace of class.

Barre

A fusion of ballet, Pilates, and strength training, Barre classes are set to music and focus on building strength, endurance, and flexibility.  Enjoy the burn and benefit from those happy exercise endorphins after this buzzing class.

Pilates for Bone Health

Tailored for individuals with osteoporosis or those at risk, this class incorporates exercises that promote bone density, increasing muscle strength, improving balance and posture.

Seated Pilates

Ideal for those with limited mobility or balance concerns, Seated Pilates allows participants to perform exercises while seated, enhancing strength and flexibility without the need to get on the floor.


Private & Duet Sessions

Ideal if you’re looking for tailored support, have specific goals, or prefer a more personal pace. Perfect for beginners, those returning from injury, or anyone wanting focused attention.

Private Classes

One-on-one sessions tailored to individual needs, perfect for beginners or those with specific goals or injuries. These classes provide personalised attention and instruction an take place in Claire's Home Studio in West End.

Springboard Duet

Pair up with a friend for a duet session using the Pilates Springboard, adding resistance and challenge to your workout in a shared, supportive environment.


live Online Classes via Pilatify

Claire offers online classes through her Pilatify App. These live-streamed sessions are 45 minutes long and cater to mixed abilities, with options for all. Classes are available on Mondays at 18:00 and Thursdays at 08:00, and are recorded in case you miss the live slot. There is also a library of pre-recorded classes of various lengths and levels.

Live Online Classes

Get the same guidance and support as our face-to-face classes from the comfort of your own space. Real-time sessions that keep you moving, wherever you are.

Video Library

Access a growing collection of pre-recorded Pilates sessions anytime, anywhere. Perfect for when you need flexibility or want to repeat your favourite classes on your schedule.
