Restorative Yoga is a gentle yoga practice where poses are held for longer and are supported by pillows and props. The focus is on relaxation, deep breathing and bring the nervous system into balance.
You don't need to have yoga experience or be super-flexible . Each class will end with a Yoga Nidra which is a spoken meditation to encourage deep rest.
Your teacher will be Lou.
You will need a mat, large bath towel, cushion or pillow, optional eye mask.
These classes are held monthly at my tranquil Garden Studio in West End. You can also join from home on Zoom. Classes are £15 in person and £12 on Zoom. Visit Pilates Events for forthcoming dates.
