Our Springboard Duet sessions are a fun, challenging way to train with a friend while using the Pilates Springboard for resistance-based exercises. The Springboard helps you build strength, stability, and flexibility in a way that feels both playful and effective.
Working in pairs, you’ll alternate between exercises that strengthen your core, arms, legs, and back. The Springboard adds resistance to each movement, helping you tone and improve posture while keeping your joints supported.
Everything you need is provided at Claire’s home studio – just wear comfortable clothes and bring water.
