Join my community of online Pilates students from wherever you are in the world! Classes are delivered via Pilatify, live-streamed twice a week. All classes are kept in a video library to access or repeat whenever you want.
Pilatify can be accessed via a web browser or an app. You will need an internet connection, mat, band and ball plus something to rest your head on. I recommend this ball from Pilates Mad.
Live-streamed classes are 45 minutes long, mixed ability, with options for all. Classes are on Monday at 1800 and Thursday at 0800.
Subscribe to Pilatify for £25 a month or £250 for a year.
