Each class is designed with low-impact, weight-bearing exercises that are gentle on the joints but highly beneficial for bone and muscle health. You’ll be guided through movements that support your posture, coordination, and overall confidence in daily activities.
We work through standing, seated, and mat-based Pilates exercises that are adapted to your needs. You’ll learn how to strengthen the muscles that protect your bones, improve your posture to reduce fall risk, and enhance your flexibility for better mobility. Your instructor will ensure every movement is safe and effective for your body.
Bring a Pilates or yoga mat, comfortable clothing, light hand weights and a bottle of water.
