Our Mixed Ability Pilates classes combine flowing sequences with focused strength work. You’ll be guided through each exercise with clear, easy-to-follow instructions and options to make the moves easier or more challenging depending on your needs. No two classes are the same, so you’ll always feel engaged and motivated.
All you need is a Pilates or yoga mat, comfortable clothing you can move in, a resistance band, a Pilates ball and a bottle of water.
These classes are truly for everyone – male and female. Whether you’re a beginner, coming back after a break, or an experienced Pilates lover, you’ll find the right level of challenge for you. Ideal if you’re 40+ and want to feel stronger, more flexible, and more confident in your body.
