Private Classes

A private class is recommended for those who would like to join a group class but have not tried Pilates before.  This class will teach you the basic principles of Pilates and familiarise you with the way I teach.

Private classes are also available for those who prefer a 1-1 learning environment or for whom my group classes are unsuitable.  Private classes are £50.

Duet  classes are available if you'd like to pair up with a friend and are £30 per person.

Semi-privates are for up to four clients, working on the Pilates equipment and are £25 per person, block booking.  The timetable for semi-privates is:

Thursday 1100

Friday 0740

All private class takes place in my Home Studio. You will be able to use my small Pilates equipment (small ball, big ball, magic circle, foam roller, Pilates pole, weights, bands), my Pilates arc, Springboard, Reformer and Wunda Chair.
