Private Classes

A private class is recommended for those who would like to join a group class but have not tried Pilates before.  This class will teach you the basic principles of Pilates and familiarise you with the way I teach.

Private classes are also available for those who prefer a 1-1 learning environment or for whom my group classes are unsuitable.  Private classes are £50.

Duet Springboard classes are available if you'd like to pair up with a friend and use the Pilates Springboard to add resistance and challange to your Pilates workout.  Springboard Duets are £25 per person.

My home studio is bright and well-ventilated.  There is a small en-suite bathroom, hand sanitiser and  individual client hand towels.  Scroll down to view a video tour of my Home Studio.

You will be able to use my small Pilates equipment (small ball, big ball, magic circle, foam roller, Pilates pole, weights, bands), my Pilates arc, Springboard, and Wunda Chair.
