Barre is a high intensity, low-impact, cardio-vascular workout set to music. It is inspired by ballet and Pilates but you do not need prior experience to enjoy this class.
We will work muscle groups repeatedly to build strength and endurance. With a focus on legs and glutes, the upper body and core will also get a workout.
You will need a mat and to wear workout clothing and socked feet. Props will be provided (weights, small ball) where required. Barre classes are taught by Kirsten.
Classes run in blocks according to the school term times. Classes are £12 block-booking only.
