1. A Standard Membership entitles the holder to one Pilates class per week plus access to my video library
A Premium Membership entitles the holder to two Pilates classes per week plus access to my video library
A Family Membership entitles two people to one Pilates class per week plus access to my video library
2. Claire Seager Pilates will offer group Pilates classes 41 weeks of the year and your monthly membership has been calculated to account for three half term breaks, a Christmas, Easter and Summer Break. During 2026 this falls as:
Easter Break: Monday 30th March – Sunday 12th April
May Half Term: Monday 25th May – Sunday 31st May
Summer Closure: Monday 10th August – Sunday 6th September
October Half Term: Monday 26th October – Sunday 1st November
Christmas Break: Monday 21st December – Sunday 3rd January
3. Monthly membership can be cancelled with 28 days notice.
4. If you are unable to attend class one week you can de-register, and re-register for an alternative class any time before the class credit expires in 2 months.
5. Claire Seager Pilates reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the timetable, venue or instructor. In the unlikely event of a class being cancelled, a class credit will be added to your TeamUp account.
6. Claire Seager Pilates is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all members. Inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour — including harassment, offensive language, or conduct that makes others feel uncomfortable — will not be tolerated. Claire Seager Pilates reserves the right to cancel a membership if these conditions aren’t met.
How do I purchase a membership?
Memberships will be purchased on TeamUp.
How do I book in to classes?
After you have purchased your membership, visit Schedule on TeamUp and click on the first class you would like to book. Then select ‘Begin A New Reservation’. You will be booked in to that class on a recurring basis. Watch this on a video: https://claireseagerpilates.com/book-a-class
How do I swap a class?
Make sure you are logged in to TeamUp. Visit My Account to see upcoming registrations. Next to the class you need to cancel click ‘Leave’ and then ‘Confirm’. Visit Schedule and click on a class you would like as a replacement. Click ‘Book Now’ to book. You must remove yourself from a class more than 24 hours before the class starts in order to receive the credit back. Watch this on a video: https://claireseagerpilates.com/book-a-class . You have two months to take your catch-up class.
How do I cancel my membership?
